Frequently Asked Questions
Matching coupon with sales in the key to getting the cheapest price!
Where can I get coupons?
Sunday Newspaper is the best place to get coupons. There are also coupons online to print as well.
How many newspapers should I get?
As many as you want. A general rule I like to go by is 1 copy per person in your household. Sometimes there are some really good high value coupons that you want more so you can always go to a news stand that Sunday and get a few more.
How can a get a coupon from an older date such as RP 12/31?
This means this coupon came from that Sunday insert. You should have these coupons filed away in binder organized by category or filed away by date. You can buy this coupon online if you want or if you want more of that coupon!
When a store says they double coupons what do they mean?
Example: Snickers are on sale for 2 for $1 and I have a coupon “Save $.50 on 2” it is really “Save $1 on 2”. So you would get the Snickers for free! (King Soopers and Safeway both double coupons up to a dollar.)
Who doubles coupons?
King Soopers and Safeway both double coupons up to a dollar. Albertsons will advertise when they will double/ triple/ quadruple coupons.
What if a coupon says “Do Not Double”?
This coupon will be face value. Some stores will double it anyways though. It depends on the store.
What is an E-Coupon?
An electronic coupon that is put on your loyalty card at certain stores.
Where can I find E-Coupons?

Shortcuts.com
